About This Build
This Frankfort home received two coordinated upgrades in one project. A two-tier retaining wall now terraces what was once a flat, unplanted front yard, with a stone-cap finish and a planted bed at the upper level. Along the side of the house, a new paver walkway replaced an aging concrete path. Together, the work gives the property strong visual lines and resolves the drainage and access issues the original layout created.
