Information We Collect

When you request a free estimate or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about your project.

When you browse the site, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, including your IP address, the pages you request, and your browser type. We also collect usage data through the analytics tools described below.

How We Use Your Information

We use your contact information to respond to your estimate request, schedule visits, and communicate about your project. If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your estimate and your project. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texting.

The estimate form also offers optional marketing messages. If you tick those boxes we may send you occasional emails or texts about seasonal services and offers. They are separate from messages about your project, and you can unsubscribe from emails or reply STOP to texts at any time without affecting your estimate.

We use analytics data to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, and advertising data to measure whether our ads bring in the right visitors.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Analytics and Advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies (such as the _ga cookie) and collects information like the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location derived from your IP address. Google processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or by blocking cookies.

When we run advertising campaigns, we also use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing tags. These set cookies that measure whether an ad led to an estimate request and may show you our ads on other sites afterward. We do not use session recording or social media trackers on this site. Our fonts, photos, and videos are hosted by us and do not set third-party cookies.

Embedded Content From Other Services

Every page includes a Google Maps map of our service area in the footer. Loading that map contacts Google and lets Google set its own cookies and see your IP address, whether or not you interact with it. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Our estimate form is provided by Jobber and opens in a window served from their site. It loads only when you choose to open the form, not on every page. When it loads, Jobber and Google reCAPTCHA (which protects the form from spam) may set their own cookies. Anything you enter in that form goes directly to Jobber, where we manage estimate requests.

Blocking third-party cookies in your browser prevents these, and the rest of the site continues to work normally.

Service Providers

We use a small set of trusted providers to run our business: Vercel hosts the website, Google provides analytics and advertising tools, and Jobber manages our scheduling and customer records, including estimate requests you submit. These providers process your information only to deliver their service to us, and each maintains its own privacy and security practices.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site sets no cookies of its own: it has no logins, carts, or preference storage. The cookies that may be set come from Google Analytics (always, to measure site usage), the Google Maps in our footer (always), Google Ads (only while we run ad campaigns), and Jobber together with Google reCAPTCHA (only once you open the estimate form), as described above.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site works fully without them. Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. Like most websites, this site does not change its behavior based on that signal, but blocking cookies achieves the same result.

Data Retention

We keep estimate and customer records as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and tax requirements. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time.

Your Choices

You can request a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us or email us and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date. Significant changes will be noted clearly.
